Application Guidelines
Applications received between January 1st and June 30th are reviewed at the Foundation's September meeting
Applications received between July 1st and December 31st are reviewed at the Foundation's March meeting
1. A letter describing the project in detail and expected community impact
- Please provide application date, contact name, phone and email
2. A specific grant request amount and a budget for the project/organization
3. Most current financial statement
4. A copy of your organization’s 501 (c) 3 letter
5. A list of your officers and board members
6. If available, please provide a short 3-5 minute video of the project or mission (YouTube or Vimeo preferred)
Note: Applications missing any of the required information will not be reviewed
